GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL
Girls flag football has been gaining popularity in recent years as a competitive sport at both the high school and collegiate levels. Flag football is a safer option compared to tackle football, as it eliminates the physical contact associated with tackle football.

VMFL flag football is a coed flag football league for youth in kindergarten through 8th grade. VMFL flag delivers instruction at the introductory level and teaches the basic rules and fundamentals of the game football. VMFL Flag consist of four coed grade school divisions including K-2, 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th and 7 & 8th grade, with each division expanding its format and rules from the previous. VMFL flag is a recreational and intramural program and all games are played at one location, 1 Normandie Lane, Vineland. We encourage all of our players, coaches and families to display sportsmanship and respect.

Vineland Midget Football league is proud to bring the sport of flag football to the young male and female athletes of Vineland and its surrounding communities. VMFL flag allows young athletes to further their development pertaining to the rules, fundamentals and basic techniques in the increasingly growing sport of flag football.
