Since 1955, Vineland Midget Football League (VMFL) has been teaching the game football to the young athletes of the city of Vineland. For over 60 years, VMFL has been honored to house some of South Jersey's best past, current and future athletes. We pride ourselves in the development of our players both on and off the field through character building and community involvement.
VMFL is one of the many talent-packed and unweighted organizations within Tri-County United Football League covering the Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem county areas.
2024 FOOTBALL SEASON
VMFL registration is now open for our 2024 tackle football season for youth ages 5-14 years of age. $175 early registration until June 1st. Game and practice uniforms included. Camp is scheduled to begin in July.

Flag Football
VMFL flag football is a co-ed intramural league for young athletes in grades K-8th. VMFL flag teaches an introductory level instruction of football to grade school athletes.
Cheer
Developing young women through the fundamentals of cheer, encouraging self esteem, enthusiasm and leadership.
