Since 1955, Vineland Midget Football League (VMFL) has been teaching the game football to the young athletes of the city of Vineland. For over 60 years, VMFL has been honored to house some of South Jersey's best past, current and future athletes. We pride ourselves in the development of our players both on and off the field through character building and community involvement.
VMFL is one of the many talent-packed and unweighted organizations within Tri-County United Football League covering the Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem county areas.
Vineland Girls Flag Football 2025
The call for gender equality resonates louder than ever! Our ALL girls program creates an empowering platform for young female athletes to promote their physical and mental well-being through the fast growing sport of flag football.

Vineland Tackle Football 2025
VMFL registration is now open for our 2025 tackle football season for youth ages 5-14 years of age. $175 early registration until June 1st. Game and practice uniforms included. Camp is scheduled to begin in July.

Since 1955, VMFL has helped young football players develop their athletic abilities. Join the most historic and competitive league in Vineland!
Youth football ages 5 to 14 years old.
Flag Football
VMFL flag football is a co-ed intramural league for young athletes in grades K-8th. VMFL flag teaches an introductory level instruction of football to grade school athletes.
Cheer
Developing young women through the fundamentals of cheer, encouraging self esteem, enthusiasm and leadership.
Vineland Youth Football takes pride in our student athletes and is honored to have the privilege providing instruction, guidance, and mentorship to young athletes of the city of Vineland. Our program emphasizes the importance and vitality of education. We would like to thank all the volunteers, teachers, and families that continue to support our mission in shaping a bright future for our youth.
